#1 How many toys: Quantities & Ideal Order Sizes
We can produce 2,000 or more plush toys per production run. Mini plush less than 6" tall are made in quantities or 3,000 or more.
We have experience with large, complex toy distributions and can readily support orders in the hundreds of thousands to millions.
#2 Timelines: Creation-to-Delivery
It takes about 20 to 24 weeks to design, prototype, manufacture and deliver an order of plushies. Some figures that have complex designs or that mix different materials or production techniques can take a bit longer.
“Rush” schedules are possible, but toys can only be made so quickly. Contact us to see what's possible for your project. For rush schedules review & approval stages are reduced and some additional rush costs apply.

Budgeting for custom stuffed plushies includes three parts:
- Per unit
As one point of reference, 8” tall plush tend to be between $4 each and $6 each for an order of 2,000 plush. Mini plush tend to cost between $2.50 to $5 each for an order of 3,000 stuffed toys. - Setup Investments
One-time costs for design work, prototyping, and tooling are additional and normally range between $1,000 to $2,000 or more, depending on the toy's complexity and reference artwork/assets available. - Freight
Freight costs are billed separately and vary based on the order quantity, the size of the packaged plush toys, and the shipping destination. We can help with an estimate once we discuss your project.
